Use standard reports
Updated Today by SupportEvery standard report opens into a detailed page built the same way, so once you know how to read one, you can read all seven. Each page lets you narrow the data by coachee, organisation, and status over a date range you choose, then review the results as a distribution chart, a set of trend charts, and a full record list.
To open any report, go to Reports in the left-hand menu and click Details on the report you want.
Understand the report page layout
Every report page contains the same parts, in the same order:
- Filters and date range — at the top of the page
- Outcome Distribution — how your records are split across their possible outcomes, plus the headline totals
- Outcomes Over Time — one trend chart per outcome
- AI forecasting — on predictive reports only
- The record list — every individual record behind the numbers
Click ← Back in the top-left corner to return to the Reports page.
Filter your report data
Three filters sit directly under the report title: Coachee, Organisation, and Status.
- Click the filter you want to apply.
- Use the search box to find the coachee or organisation you are looking for, or click Load more to see additional entries.
- Select your choice. The report updates automatically.
- Repeat with any other filter to narrow the results further.
Filters work together, so you can look at a single coachee within one organisation, or one status across all of your coaching.
Pro Tip:
A Reset button appears next to the filters as soon as you apply one. Click it to clear every filter at once and return to your full data set.
Set the reporting period
The date range selector sits in the top-right corner of the report and controls every chart and list on the page. It defaults to the last twelve months.
- Click the date range.
- Choose one of the preset periods — Last 7 Days, Last Month, This Month, This Year, or Last Year — or select Custom Range and pick your own start and end dates from the calendar.
- Click Apply to update the report, or Cancel to keep the current period.
Read the outcome distribution
The Outcome Distribution panel shows how your records are split across their possible outcomes, each with a count and a percentage. Alongside it you will see the headline figure for the period, such as Total Appointments or Total Goals.
Two reports differ. The Invoices report shows Revenue (total collected) and Outstanding (pending payment) instead of a single total. The Appointments report adds a ✦ Peak Booking Window tile, showing the hours of the day when your appointments are most likely to be attended, in your own time zone.
Follow trends over time
The Outcomes Over Time section shows one chart per outcome, so you can see how each has moved across the reporting period.
Where an outcome has no records in the selected period, the chart displays No data available. Widen your date range or clear a filter if you were expecting results.
Read the AI forecasts on predictive reports
Appointments, Assessments, and Goals add an AI forecasting section below the trend charts. It looks ahead rather than back, so you can act before a coachee falls behind.

On Assessments and Goals, the likelihood bars are banded so you can scan them quickly:
- Below 40% — high risk
- 40–79% — moderate
- 80% and above — on track
Important Note:
Forecasts need something to forecast from. If you have no records with upcoming due dates, the section explains that predictive insights are unavailable rather than showing an empty chart. Peer Comparison still appears, because it is based on recorded history.
Review the record list
At the bottom of each report is the full list of records behind the figures. The total is shown underneath, for example 37 entries found, with page numbers to move through longer lists.
The columns change depending on the report — see the reference below.
