Enable browser notifications

Updated Oct. 30, 2025 by Support

In addition to email alerts, the platform allows you to receive real-time browser notifications to help you stay updated on coaching sessions, and tasks without needing to check your inbox.

Browser notifications appear directly on your device screen, ensuring you never miss an important update — even when you’re not actively using the platform.

 Supported Browsers

Browser notifications are supported on the latest versions of the following:

  • Google Chrome (v32 and above)
  • Mozilla Firefox (v22 and above)
  • Safari (v6 and above)
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Opera

 Note:

Browser notifications are device- and browser-specific.
If you log in from a new device or browser, you’ll need to re-enable notifications manually.

 Enable Browser Notifications

Step 1: Access Notification Settings

  1. Log in to your admin portal.
  2. Click your Profile Avatar in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Scroll down to the Notifications section.
  5. Click Configure.

Step 2: Turn On Notifications

  1. Toggle the switch to ON.
  2. Your browser will prompt you with a pop-up asking for permission.
  3. Click Allow to enable notifications for your account.

Once enabled, you’ll receive real-time updates about appointments, messages, and tasks directly in your browser.
