Navigate the Reports dashboard

The Reports section gives you a single view of everything happening across your account — appointments, assessments, goals, actions, engagements, invoices, and feedback. From here you can open any report for a detailed breakdown, or generate an AI report for an individual coach or coachee.

To open it, go to Reports in the left-hand menu.

 

 Understand the Reports Page Layout

The Reports page is made up of three areas:

• The Generate AI Reports banner at the top
• The Standard Reports cards, each with its own detailed report
• A row of summary tiles showing total counts for other records in your account

 

 Generate AI Reports

The banner at the top of the page is your shortcut to AI-generated reports for a specific coach or coachee.

1. Click Generate → in the banner.
2. You will be directed to the AI Generated Reports page.

Three AI report types are available: Coachee Success, Coach Performance, and Coach Comparison. For the full walkthrough, see Generate AI reports.

 

 Review Your Standard Reports

The Standard Reports section displays one card per report. Each card gives you a snapshot before you open it:

• A distribution chart showing how records are split across their outcomes
• Total Created — the number of records in your account
• Latest Created — the date of the most recent record
• Last Used — how long ago the report was opened

• The Appointments card also shows Total Hours, the total recorded duration of appointments in your account

 Recognize Predictive Reports

Three reports carry a ✦ PREDICTIVE badge: Appointments, Assessments, and Goals.

The badge means the report includes AI-powered forecasting — alongside the recorded figures, the charts project how the trend is likely to continue.
