Create Coaching Packages

 For Independant Coaches

  For Coaches within Enterprise & Coaching Firm 

 For Admin in Enterprise and Coaching firms

 

Step up your marketing and strengthen your offering by creating Coaching Packages. Both Coaches and Admin can build customized packages that combine products and services into structured programs.

• For Coaches, Coaching Packages can be promoted directly on your Coach Profile, website, and social media accounts, helping you generate leads and attract potential coachees.
• For Admins, Coaching Packages can be created and assigned to selected coaches within your organization. These packages will then appear in the coach’s portal and profile, ensuring consistent offerings across your enterprise or firm.

This feature allows you to transform individual products into compelling packages that are professional, marketable, and reusable across engagements.

 

 Create Coaching Packages (Coaches & Admin)

Before you can create a package, you need to have at least one product set up in your account. Products are reusable items that can be included in multiple coaching packages.

 

 Steps to Create a Product:

1. Go to the Coaching Packages tab in the left-hand menu of your portal.
2. Click the Products button, You will be redirected to the Products List panel.
3. Click the + New button at the top-right corner.
4. Fill in all the required fields (e.g., Product Name, Description, Amount).
5. Click Save once done.

Once your products are ready, you can build your coaching package.

 

 Steps to Create a Package:

1. From the Coaching Packages panel, click the + New button at the top-right.
2. Fill in the required fields:
   • Package Photo
   • Package Name 
   • Package Description
   • Choose the Duration
     • Indefinite (default): for ongoing packages without a fixed timeframe.
     • Timed: set a specific timeframe (e.g., 3 months of business coaching).
   • Products (select from the products you’ve already created)
   • Amount
     • When you add products, their values automatically add up to the total package amount. However, you can still manually adjust the final price
   • Book a discovery session:
     • Choose show if you want to avail the booking of discovery session before the coachee buys the packages.
     • Choose hide if you dont want to show discovery sessions
   • Status
     • Setting the package status to Draft keeps it hidden from public view.
     • Switching the status to Active makes it available for sharing or showcasing.
3. Click save once done

 

  Important Note for Admin 

 

 Assign packages to coaches:

If you want to assign a package to specific coaches:

1. Click +Add next to the Assigned Coach section.
2. Select the coach(es) you want to assign the package to.
3. Click Save Changes.

• Once assigned, The package will appear on the coach’s Profile and it will also be visible in the coach’s portal under Coaching Packages.
• Coaches cannot edit packages that are assigned by an admin.

 

 Assign Authorized User

Admins can assign specific authorized users to have access to a coaching package.

Steps:

1. Click User Access (top right).

2. Click Add User to add the authorized user.

3. Click Close once done.

Access & Permissions:

• The authorized user will see the package in their portal under Coaching Packages.

• They can click Options to either:

  • View the package, or

  • Share it on social media.
