Create coaching packages

Enhance the impact of your coaching practice by creating Coaching Packages that structure your services into clear, goal-oriented programs. As an enterprise coach, you can design tailored packages that align with organizational priorities and address the specific development needs of employees or teams.

These packages help you deliver coaching in a consistent, structured format—making it easier to track progress, measure outcomes, and ensure alignment with organization’s leadership and talent development strategy.

 

 Before You Begin: Create Products

Before building a package, make sure you have at least one Product created in your account. Products are reusable service components that can be included in multiple packages (for example: coaching sessions, assessments, or resources).

 

 Steps to Create a Product:

  1. Go to the Coaching Packages tab from the left-hand menu of your portal.
  2. Click the Products button to open your product list.
  3. Click + New at the top-right corner.
  4. Complete the required fields:
    • Product Name
    • Product Type
    • Description
    • Amount
  5. Click Save when finished.

Once your products are created, you can start building your first coaching package.

 

 Create a Coaching Package

  1. From the Coaching Packages panel, click + New at the top-right.
  2. Complete the required fields:
    • Package Photo – Upload an image that represents your program.
    • Package Name – Enter a clear, descriptive title.
    • Package Description – Explain the focus and benefits of the package.
    • Duration – Choose one of the following options:
      • Indefinite (default): For ongoing coaching programs with no fixed end date.
      • Timed: Set a specific duration (e.g., 12-week leadership coaching program).
    • Products: Select from your existing product list.
    • Amount: The total price will automatically sum up based on selected products, but you can manually adjust it.
    • Discovery Session Option:
      • Show: Display a “Book a Discovery Session” button to allow employees or leaders to schedule an initial conversation before enrolling in a coaching program. This helps align expectations and clarify objectives.
      • Hide: Disable this option if you prefer participants to be directly enrolled in the assigned coaching package without a preliminary session.
  • Status:
    • Draft: Keeps your package private until you’re ready to publish.
    • Active: Makes your package visible for sharing and promotion.
  • Click Save to finalize your new package.

 

 Important Note: 

  • The coaching packages available in your portal will automatically appear on your Coach Profile within the platform, and you can also share them across your social media channels.
  • If you do not see the option to create a new package, it means your Admin has disabled this functionality. In that case, the packages visible in your portal are those created and assigned by your Admin. These assigned packages will still appear under your profile on the platform and remain shareable on your social media accounts.
