Assign assessments

The Assign Assessments feature allows coaches to assign pre-designed or custom assessments to one or multilpe coachees. This helps measure development progress, gather structured feedback, and track growth over time across different coaching engagements.

 

 How to Assign an Assessment

1. Go to the Assessments tab from the left-hand menu of your portal.
2. In the Assessment Templates section, click Assign next to the template you wish to send.
3. Update the Title and Description if necessary.
4. Set a Due Date for your coachee(s) to complete and submit the assessment.
5. Click Assign to Coachee.
   • You can assign it to one coachee or multiple coachees simultaneously.
6. If you want the same assessment to repeat automatically, select Set up as a recurring assessment and define the recurrence frequency.
7. Click Assign to finalize the process.

 

 Notifications

• Coachees will receive both an email and an in-platform notification once an assessment has been assigned.
• When the coachee submits their responses, the coach will also be automatically notified.

 

 Set Assessment Reminders

Keep your coachees on track by setting up automated reminders to complete their assessments.

1. Go to the Reminders tab located next to Assigned Assessments.
2. Set your reminder frequency (e.g., daily, weekly, or custom).
3. Click Save Changes to activate automatic reminders.

 

 View Assigned Assessments

You can view and manage assigned assessments from several areas in your portal:

• Assessments Tab: Under Assigned Assessments.
• Dashboard: View upcoming and pending assessments at a glance.
• Coachee Profile: Go to the Assessments tab to review completed submissions.
• Coaching Notepad: During live sessions, view completed assessments for real-time discussion.

 

 Export Assigned Assessments

Export assessment data for reporting, analysis, or archiving purposes.

1. Go to Assigned Assessments.
2. Click Export in the top-right corner.
3. Fill in the required fields to define your export parameters.
4. Click Export again to generate and download the file.

The exported file will include all selected assessment details, allowing you to track completion rates, analyze progress, and maintain organized coaching records.
