Set up company info

Your company information defines how your organization is identified across the platform.
From this page, administrators can update key business details such as company name, contact information, and address.
These details also appear in automated emails and system communications sent to coaches and coachees.

 

 Configure Your Company info

  1. Go to the Settings tab in the left-hand menu of your admin portal.
    Alternatively, click your Profile Picture in the top-right corner → select Settings
  2. Choose Company Info.
  3. Enter or update the following information:
    • Company Name: Appears in all email notifications sent from the platform to coaches and coachees.
    • Company Website: Add your company’s official website URL.
    • Company Email: This address will be used for outgoing email notifications if your Email Sending Domain is configured.
    • Address: Enter your company’s street address.
    • City: Type your city of operation.
    • State / Province: Enter your state or province.
    • ZIP / Postal Code: Add your postal code.
    • Country: Select your country from the dropdown list.
  4. Review your details to ensure accuracy.
  5. Click Save to apply and store your changes.

 

 Pro Tip:

Keep your company information up to date. The details you enter here appear in automated system communications and reflect your organization’s identity to all users on the platform.
