Send & receive messages

The Messages feature allows you to communicate instantly with your coach in real time. It serves as a secure and convenient space to exchange updates, ask questions, and share reflections — all without leaving your coaching portal.

If your coach is offline when you send a message, it will automatically be forwarded to their registered email address, ensuring your communication is never delayed.

Access Your Messages

You can open your Messages from several locations within your portal:

Top Menu: Click the Messages icon in the upper-right corner of your screen, then select Go to Messages.
Left Menu: Click the Messages tab from the left-hand navigation panel.
From Your main menu: Click Coaches, click Options next to your coach’s name and select Message to start chatting directly.

Tip:

A notification badge on the Messages icon alerts you when a new message arrives, so you never miss an update.

Send a Direct Message

To start a one-on-one conversation with your coach:

Access the message feature.
Select your coach.
Type your message in the chat window.
Press Send.

You’ll see your message appear instantly in the chat thread. If your coach replies while you’re away, the system will also send you a copy of their response by email.

Join or View Group Chats

If are added to a Group Chat by your coach

To view or join a group discussion:

Open the Messages section.
Go to Group Messages
Select the group chat from your list of active conversations.
Click Members to see who’s part of the group.
Type and send messages as you normally would.

All group messages are visible to every participant, helping teams and peer groups stay connected and collaborate effectively throughout the coaching program.

Stay Synced Across Devices

Messages are automatically synchronized between your portal and your registered email, ensuring continuity even if you’re not logged in. You can reply from within the platform or directly through your email to keep the conversation flowing.
