Generate AI reports
Updated Today by SupportAI reports turn the activity recorded in your account into a written report you can share. Instead of charts you read yourself, you get a formatted document with an executive summary, detailed findings, and recommendations for a specific coach or coachee.
Three report types are available:
- Coachee Success Report — a detailed report on a coachee's success metrics
- Coach Performance Report — an analysis of a single coach's performance against key metrics
- Coach Comparison Report — a comparison of a coach's performance against your top-performing coaches
Open the AI Reports Page
- Go to Reports in the left-hand menu.
- Click Generate → in the Generate AI Reports banner at the top of the page.
You will be directed to the AI Generated Reports page, which lists every report generated for your account, with the report type, who it was generated for, and the date it was created.
Generate a New Report
- Click + New Report in the top-right corner. The Generate New Report window opens.
- Report type — select Coachee Success Report, Coach Performance Report, or Coach Comparison Report, then click Next →.
- Coachee — search for and select the coachee the report is about, then click Next →. Use Load more if you do not see the coachee in the visible list.
- Coach — select a coach to narrow the report to that coaching relationship. This step is optional; click the coach again to unselect, or click Next → to skip it.
- Date range — set the From and To dates for the reporting period. If you want the report to focus on a particular goal, choose it from the Goal dropdown; this is optional and only lists goals falling within the dates you selected.
- Review the summary at the bottom of the window, which confirms the report type, coachee, and coach.
- Click ✦ Generate Report.
Use ← Back at any step to change an earlier choice.
Pro Tip:
Inactive coaches and coachees are still listed in the selection steps and marked (Inactive). This lets you generate a report covering a coaching relationship that has already ended.
Find an Existing Report
The AI Generated Reports list can be narrowed using the filters above the table:
- Type — filter by Coachee Success, Coach Performance, or Coach Comparison
- Coach — reports relating to a specific coach
- Coachee — reports relating to a specific coachee
- Org — reports for a specific organization
- The date range selector — reports created within a chosen period
The list defaults to the last 30 days, so widen the date range if you are looking for an older report.

Understand What Is in a Report
Every AI report opens as a formatted document with a cover page showing the report type, who it is about, the coach, the reporting period, and the date it was issued. An ✦ AI-generated badge appears in the top corner.
- Coachee Success Reports cover five areas of the coaching journey — goal achievement, milestone completion, action completion, assessment performance, and session attendance — each expressed as a completion percentage. The report groups these into three bands: 0–39% is low, 40–69% moderate, and 70–100% high. It then sets out an Executive summary with a progress overview and priority actions, followed by Detailed findings for each area.
- Coach Performance Reports open with a Progress Overview of the coach's key indicators — Discovery Sessions, Closing Rate, Active Coachee, Total Scheduled Sessions, and Star Rating — followed by a coaching sessions overview, a Performance Summary, and a Conclusion.
- Coach Comparison Reports use the same structure, but measure the selected coach against the aggregated results of your top five coaches over the same period, highlighting strengths, shortfalls, and recommendations.
Important Note:
AI reports are generated from the activity recorded in the platform during the period you select. Figures reflect what was logged, so they are best read alongside the context of the coaching relationship rather than on their own.
