Set up your time zone & availability
Updated Oct. 15, 2025 by SupportSetting your time zone and availability accurately ensures that all your coaching sessions, appointments, and reminders are scheduled at the correct times. This step helps you stay organized and prevents time conflicts with your coach.
Access Your Availability Settings
- Log in to your account.
- Click your profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
- From the dropdown menu, select Settings.
- Locate Available Hours and click Configure.
Set Your Time Zone
In the Time Zone section, choose your correct time zone from the dropdown list.
Important Note:
- Make sure to set your time zone accurately, as it will be used during AI Matching to connect you with a coach whose availability best aligns with yours.
- Ensure your selected time zone matches the one in your personal calendar app (e.g., Google Calendar or Outlook) if syncing is enabled. This helps keep all sessions, reminders, and appointments perfectly aligned across platforms.
Set Your Availability
- Turn ON the Availability Window.
- Choose the days you’re available for coaching sessions:
- Monday – Friday
- Saturday – Sunday
- Every day
- Or select individual days (Sunday through Saturday)
- Enter your available time range.
- To add more intervals, click Add More Item and repeat the process.
- Click Save Changes to confirm your setup.
Pro Tip:
- You can update these settings anytime. Keeping your availability current ensures smooth scheduling, prevents conflicts, and helps your coach coordinate sessions effortlessly.
- If your calendar is integrated with Google or Outlook, all appointments scheduled on the platform will automatically appear on your personal calendar—and vice versa. This synchronization helps you manage your time efficiently and avoid double bookings.
To sync your calendar:
- Go to Appointments in the left menu of your coachee portal.
- Click Sync Calendar in the top-right corner.
