Manage coaching packages

The Manage Coaching Packages section allows you to organize, update, and oversee all your existing coaching packages. You can edit details, share packages with coachees, preview how they appear, or remove outdated ones. This flexibility ensures that your coaching programs stay aligned with the evolving needs of your organization and the people you coach.

 

 Edit an Existing Package

If you need to make updates or improvements to your coaching package:

1. Go to the Coaching Packages panel.
2. Click Options next to the package you wish to edit.
3. Select Edit and update the necessary fields.
4. Click Save to apply your changes.

  Important Note

Coaches cannot edit packages that are assigned to them by an admin.

 

 View a Coaching Package

To preview how your package will appear to others:

1. Go to the Coaching Packages panel.
2. Click Options next to the package name and select View.
3. A new tab or window will open, displaying the package preview.

 

 Share a Coaching Package with Coachees

You can share packages directly with individual coachees or specific coachee groups. Once shared, they will appear in the coachee’s portal, allowing them to view details and book a discovery session (if enabled).

To share a package:

1. Go to the Coaching Packages panel.
2. Click the Share to Coachee button on the package page, or select Options → Share to Coachee next to the package name.
3. Choose the coachee(s) or coachee group you want to share the package with.
4. Click Share.

 

 Track Shared Packages

You can easily keep track of which coachees or groups have access to your packages.

To manage sharing:

1. Click See Shared List in the Share window.
2. View all coachees and groups who currently have access.
3. To revoke access, click Unshare next to the name of the coachee or group.

 

 Share on Social Platforms

Increase visibility and engagement by sharing your coaching packages on your social channels.

To share a package:

1. Go to your Coaching Packages list.
2. Click Options next to the package you want to share.
3. Choose the social media icon (LinkedIn, Facebook, or X/Twitter).
4. Follow the on-screen steps to publish your post.

  Important Note:

If you later delete a package, remember to manually remove or update any related social media posts.

 

 Delete a Coaching Package

To remove a package that is no longer in use:

1. Go to the Coaching Packages panel.
2. Click Options next to the package name.
3. Select Delete.

After deletion:

• The package will be permanently removed from your package list and from your coach profile.
• Once deleted, the package cannot be restored.
• If previously shared on social media, you’ll need to manually remove or update the post.

  Important Note:

Coaches cannot delete packages assigned to them by their admin. 

 

 Convert a Package into an Engagement

You can transform any coaching package into a structured engagement to begin delivering a program.

To convert a package:

1. Go to the Engagement tab in your portal.
2. Click the Program Template button.
3. On the Program Template List page, click + New.
4. Choose the package you want to convert.
5. Click Save to create your engagement.
