The Notification Center keeps you informed about every important update related to your coaching journey. It serves as your real-time alert hub, helping you stay organized, aware, and fully engaged with your sessions, tasks, and shared resources.

Whether it’s a new appointment, an updated goal, or a file shared by your coach — all notifications are delivered instantly, ensuring you never miss a key update.

 

 Access the Notification Center

  1. Click the   on the top right side of your portal.
  2. A dropdown will open showing your most recent notifications.
  3. Scroll down to view all Notifications.

New or unread notifications are clearly marked for quick visibility.

 

 Types of Notifications You May Receive

You’ll receive automatic alerts for all major coaching-related activities, including:

  • Coaching Sessions: Booked, rescheduled, or cancelled appointments.
  • Reminders: Upcoming session notifications so you never miss a meeting.
  • Assessments: When your coach assigns a new assessment or survey.
  • Goals and Actions: New or updated goals and tasks assigned by your coach.
  • Feedback Requests: Reminders to complete feedback forms.
  • Shared Files: Alerts when your coach uploads or shares new resources.
  • Messages: New direct or group chat messages from your coach.

 Note:

Every in-app notification is also sent to your registered email address, ensuring you stay updated even when you’re not logged in.

 

 Manage Your Notifications

To take action on your notifications:

  1. Select a notification to open the relevant page or resource.
  2. Unread notifications are highlighted until opened.
  3. Notifications are stored in chronological order, allowing you to revisit older updates anytime.

This makes it easy to track progress, confirm completed actions, or review shared materials at a later stage.

 Troubleshooting Notification Issues

If you’re not receiving notifications as expected:

  1. Make sure browser notifications are enabled.
  2. Check your email spam or promotions folder in case alerts were redirected.
  3. Ensure your account email address is up to date in your profile settings.
