View and manage your invoices and agreements

The Invoices and Agreements sections allow you to manage the financial and contractual aspects of your coaching relationship. If these features are enabled by your admin, you’ll find them listed in your main menu.

 

 Invoices

To view your invoices:

  1. Click Invoices from the left-hand menu.
  2. You’ll see a list of all invoices sent to you by your coach, along with key details such as:
    • Invoice number
    • Issue date
    • Payment amount
    • Status (Paid or Unpaid)

You can also filter invoices by agreement to view all invoices related to a specific coaching agreement, along with their respective payment statuses.

This helps you easily track your payments and stay up to date with your billing history.

 

 Agreements

If your coach has sent you an agreement to sign before starting your coaching engagement, you can access it in your portal.

  1. Click Agreements from the left-hand menu.
  2. You’ll see a list of all agreements associated with your coaching relationships.
  3. Each agreement will have one of the following statuses:
    • Active: You have already e-signed the agreement, and it’s currently valid.
    • Pending: You still need to sign this agreement before starting your coaching relationship.

To sign a pending agreement:

  1. Click the Sign Agreement button next to the agreement you wish to sign.
  2. Review the document carefully.
  3. Complete the e-signature process and click Submit to finalize it.

Once signed, the agreement status will automatically update to Active, and your coach will be notified.
