 For Independant Coaches

  For Coaches within Enterprise & Coaching Firm 

 For Admin in Enterprise and Coaching firms

 For Coachees

 

The Inquiries section allows coachees to request packages, while coaches, admins, and authorized users can track, approve, or manage those requests.

 

 For Coachees

  1. Go to Coaching Packages from your portal menu.

  2. Click on the package you want to purchase.

  3. Choose one of the following options:

    • Book a Discovery Session:

      • The appointment will be booked in your calendar and your coach’s calendar.

      • If multiple coaches are offering the package, you can book sessions with one or more coaches.

    • Buy Package:

      • Click on Buy Package.
      • Fill in the required information.
      • Click Submit to send your request. 
      • Your request will be sent for approval.
      • Once approved, you will receive a notification.
      • You can also track the status of your request at any time under the Inquiries section in your portal.

 

 For coaches 

  1. Go to Coaching Packages from your portal menu.

  2. Click Inquiries.

  3. Manage requests as follows:

    • Enterprise / Coaching Firm Accounts with approval required:

      • Status will remain Pending until an authorized user approves.

      • Once approved, status updates automatically, and both you and your coachee are notified.

    • Enterprise / Coaching Firm Accounts without approval and Individual Coach Accounts:

      • You can change the status manually from Pending → Approved by clicking the status arrow.

      • Once approved, your coachee is notified.

 

 For Admins

  1. Go to Coaching Packages from your portal menu.

  2. Click Inquiries.

  3. Manage requests based on approval setup:

    • With Authorized User Approval:

      • Status remains Pending until the authorized user approves.

      • Once approved, coachee is notified. Both admin and coachee can also see the status in Inquiries.

    • Without Approval:

      • You can manually change status from Pending → Approved.

      • Once approved, coachee is notified.

 

 Important Note

To enable Coachee Participation Approval:

  • Admin Portal → Settings > Accessibility → tick the box Coachee Participation Approval under the Authorized Users section.

 

 For Authorized Users

If Admin enables Coachee Participation Approval:

  1. Go to Coaching Packages in your portal.

  2. Click Inquiries.

  3. Review pending requests and click Approve next to the package in question.

  4. Once approved, both coach and coachee are notified.
