Coaching packages inquiries

The Coaching Package Inquiries section allows you to manage requests from coachees who express interest in enrolling in your coaching programs. From here, you can review, approve, and track all inquiries to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

 

 How to Access Inquiries

  1. Go to Coaching Packages from your portal menu.
  2. Click Inquiries to open the list of incoming requests.

 

 Managing Inquiries

When a coachee submits an inquiry for a coaching package, the request will appear under the Inquiries section.

  • If an approval process is enabled:
    The status will be "For approval" until it is reviewed and approved by the designated authorized user. Once approved, the status automatically updates to Approved, and both you and your coachee receive a notification confirming the approval.

  • If no approval process is required:
    The status will be "Pending". You can manually update the inquiry status from Pending → Approved by clicking the status arrow. Once approved, your coachee will be notified immediately.

After approval, a “Create Agreement” button will appear, allowing you to generate an agreement directly from the approved coaching package for a structured and documented start to the coaching engagement.

 
 

 Pro Tip:

To begin the coaching program, you can share your Discovery Session unique link (found under Appointment Scheduling) with your coachee via email. This allows them to easily schedule their first session with you. Learn more about Appointment Scheduling Pages
