Manage your files
Updated Oct. 27, 2025 by SupportThe Files section allows you to upload, organize, and share documents, videos, and other materials securely with your coach. It serves as your personal file hub for exchanging resources, assignments, and notes—all stored safely in one place.
Access the Files Section
- Go to the Files section.
- Click the + Files button in the top-right corner.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Upload File: Attach a file directly from your device.
- Add Link: Insert a link to a document stored on platforms such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox — ideal for sharing large files while conserving storage space.
- Set your File Permission:
- Private: Only you can view the file.
- Shared: Select the coach you want to share the file with. The system automatically sends a notification to the recipient.
- Click Submit to complete the upload.
Tip:
For faster uploads, use the “Add Link” option for large or frequently updated files stored on external drives.
Create and Organize Folders
Keep your materials structured and easy to find by organizing them into folders.
To create a new folder:
- In the Files section, click + Files, then select Create Folder.
- Enter a folder name and click Create.
You can now:
- Drag and drop existing files into the folder.
- Upload new files directly inside it by:
- Opening the folder.
- Clicking Upload File.
- Selecting files from your device.
- Choosing a permission type (Private or Shared).
- Clicking Submit.
Organizing files by folder helps you manage resources by topic, session, or engagement.

Maximum File Size: 25 MB per file
Storage Capacity
Each coachee account includes 2 GB of available storage.
Tip:
To make the most of your storage, upload large files as cloud links (Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox). These links open directly inside your account and don’t count toward your total file storage limit.
