Explore and request coaching packages

Coaching Packages allow you to select structured programs designed by coaches to support your personal or professional growth. Each package includes specific goals, session counts, and timelines that guide your development journey. This section explains how to view available packages and request enrollment in one that fits your needs.

 

 View Coaching Packages

There are two ways to view coaching packages available to you:

1. View Packages by Coach

If you’d like to see what a specific coach offers:

1. Search for the coach using the Coach Directory or your Dashboard.
2. Click the coach’s name to open their Profile Page.
3. Under their profile, you’ll find all the Coaching Packages they currently offer, including descriptions, pricing, and duration.

2. View Packages Assigned to You

Your coach or admin may assign specific packages for you to choose from.

1. Go to Coaching Packages in the left-hand menu.
2. You’ll see all assigned packages listed with details, including who assigned the package.
3. Review each package to understand what it includes before making your choice.

 

 Inquire About a Package

Once you’ve found a package you’re interested in, you can take one of two actions:

• Book a Discovery Session:
  If you’d like to meet with the coach before committing, click Book Discovery Session to schedule a call and learn more about the package.
• Buy Package:
  If you’re ready to enroll directly, click Buy Package and fill out the required form.

After submitting your request, your coach will receive a notification and reach out to guide you through the next steps.

 

 Important Notes 

• If the package was assigned by your admin and there are multiple coaches delivering the same program, you will see a list of all available coaches offering it.
  • You can book a discovery session with one or more coaches to choose the best fit.
  • Or, you can buy the package directly from the coach you select.
  • The chosen coach will receive a notification and contact you to proceed.
• If the package requires admin approval, your request will remain Pending until reviewed.
  Once approved, both you and your coach will receive notifications confirming the approval, and you can coordinate the next steps to begin your program.

 

 View Your Package Inquiries

To track the status of your package requests:

1. Go to Coaching Packages in the left-hand menu.
2. Click Inquiries to open your list of package requests.
3. Each inquiry will show its current status:
   • Pending for Approval: Your coach or admin has not yet approved your request.
   • Approved: Your request has been accepted, and you can now connect with your coach to start the program.
