Generate an AI Coachee Success Report

A Coachee Success Report turns the activity recorded against one coachee into a written report you can share with them. Instead of charts you read yourself, you get a formatted document with an executive summary, detailed findings, and priority actions — ready to download as a PDF and bring to your next session.

Open the AI reports page

  1. Go to Reports in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click Generate → in the Generate AI Reports banner at the top of the page.

You will be directed to the AI Generated Reports page, which lists every report you have generated, with the report type, who it was generated for, and the date it was created.

 Generate a new report

Click + New Report in the top-right corner. The Generate New Report window opens and takes you through three steps.

  1. Report type — select Coachee Success Report, then click Next →.
  2. Coachee — search for and select the coachee the report is about, then click Next →. Use Load more if you do not see the coachee in the visible list.
  3. Date range — set the From and To dates for the reporting period. If you want the report to focus on a particular goal, choose it from the Goal dropdown; this is optional and only lists goals falling within the dates you selected.
  4. Review the summary at the bottom of the window, which confirms the report type and the coachee.
  5. Click ✦ Generate Report.

Use ← Back at any step to change an earlier choice.

 Pro Tip:

Inactive coachees are still listed and marked (Inactive). This lets you generate a report covering a coaching relationship that has already ended.

 Find an existing report

The AI Generated Reports list can be narrowed using the filters above the table:

  • Coachee — reports relating to a specific coachee
  • Org — reports for a specific organisation
  • The date range selector — reports created within a chosen period

The list defaults to the last 30 days, so widen the date range if you are looking for an older report.

View, download, or delete a report

Click the ⋮ menu at the end of any row to:

  • View report — open the full report on screen
  • Download PDF — save a copy to share outside the platform
  • Delete — permanently remove the report from your account

You can also click the report name to open it directly, or use the download icon at the start of the row to save the PDF without opening the menu.

 Important Note:

Deleting a report cannot be undone. Download a PDF copy first if you may need it again.

Understand what is in the report

Every report opens as a formatted document with a cover page showing the report type, the coachee, the reporting period, and the date it was issued. An ✦ AI-generated badge appears in the top corner.

The report covers five areas of the coaching journey, each expressed as a completion percentage:

  • Goal achievement
  • Milestone completion
  • Action completion
  • Assessment performance
  • Session attendance

Results are grouped into three bands: 0–39% is low, 40–69% moderate, and 70–100% high. The report then sets out an Executive summary with a progress overview and priority actions, followed by Detailed findings for each area.

 Important Note:

The report is generated from the activity recorded in the platform during the period you select. Figures reflect what was logged, so they are best read alongside the context of the coaching relationship rather than on their own.
