View and connect with coaches

This section helps you understand how to view your existing coaches, connect with new ones, and participate in a coach matching process when available.

 

 View Your Coaches 

To see your current coaches—the ones you already have an active relationship with:

1. Go to the Coaches tab in the left-side menu.
2. You’ll find a list of all the coaches.
3. Click Options next to a coach’s name to:
   • View their profile
   • Send them a message
   • Book an appointment

 Note:

• If your admin assigned a coach to you, you’ll receive a platform notification, and the coach will automatically appear in your “My Coaches” list.

• If a coach added you directly as their coachee, you’ll also receive a notification, and they will be added to your list automatically.

 

 Connect or Add a New Coach

To explore and connect with new coaches:

1. Click Dashboard from the left-hand menu.
2. At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see the Coach Directory.
3. From the directory, you can:
   • View all coaches available within your organization.
   • Filter based on your preferences or coaching needs.
   • Open a coach’s profile to learn more about their background and expertise.
   • Book a discovery session to meet the coach before making a decision.
   • Or click Select This Coach to add them directly as your coach.

Once you select a coach, they’ll receive a notification, and their name will appear under your “My Coaches” list.

 Note:

If you do not see the Coach Directory option on your dashboard, it means your admin has disabled this feature for your account.

 

  Participate in a Matching Process

If your admin has initiated a matching process for you to choose a coach:

1. You’ll find it displayed on your Dashboard under Matching Process.
2. You’ll see a curated list of coaches recommended by your admin.
3. From this list, you can:
   • Book a discovery session with one or more coaches to explore the best fit.
     • Click Schedule next to the coach’s name to set a session.
   • Or directly select a coach without a discovery session by clicking Select Coach.

Once you confirm your selection, the coach will be added to your list, and the coach will receive a notification.
