Customize your email messages

Coaches can customize the automated email notifications sent from the platform to their coachees. This allows you to adjust the subject line and message content so that every notification reflects your personal coaching style and communicates in a professional, engaging way.

 

 Customize Email Templates 

  1. Click on your profile photo at the top-right corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Scroll down and click Customize Email Messages.
  4. Select the template you want to update.
  5. Edit the Subject and update the content body as needed.
  6. Keep all Dynamic Tags in place.
  7. Click Save to apply your changes.

After saving, the platform will automatically use your customized templates for future email notifications. To return to the default version, click Reset to Default.

 

 Dynamic Tags

Dynamic tags automatically insert session- or user-specific details into your emails (for example: coach name, coachee name, or meeting details).

  • Each template has its own tags.
  • Tags are displayed on the right-hand side of the template form.
  • Always leave tags untouched so your emails send with the correct information.
