Built-in video call

The platform includes a built-in video call feature designed for 1-on-1 remote coaching sessions. This integrated tool allows coaches and coachees to connect through secure, high-quality video and audio calls—no external applications required.

 

 How to Start a Video Call

  1. Open your Coaching Notepad.
  2. Find your Meeting Link.
    • You can access your personal meeting link directly from your notepad.
    • It is also available on your Coach Profile.
  3. Copy and send the link to your coachee via in-platform messaging or email.
    • For the best experience, ask your coachee to join using Google Chrome.
  4. Click Open Meeting Room inside your Coaching Notepad to start the session.
  5. Wait for your coachee to join and begin your virtual coaching conversation.

 

 Troubleshooting

Can’t see or hear the other participant?

  • Ensure your camera and microphone are properly connected.
  • Allow browser permissions for camera and microphone access.
  • Check that no other application is using your audio or video device.

The call keeps showing “Connecting, please wait…”

  • This usually means the host has not yet entered the meeting room.
  • Once the host joins, the system will automatically connect the coachee.
