The Coaching Questions Library is a curated collection of thought-provoking, open-ended questions that you can leverage during live coaching sessions to deepen insights, encourage reflection, and guide conversations with your coachees.

 

 Accessing the Coaching Questions Library

To access this feature, go to the "Coaching Questions" tab located in the left-hand menu of your Coach Portal.

Here, you'll find:

• A preloaded library of over 500 professionally crafted coaching questions

• The ability to create and organize your own custom questions

 

  Creating Custom Coaching Questions

If you don’t find the exact questions you’re looking for, you can create and group your own. Here’s how:

1. Click "Create Custom Questions" in the top-right corner of the Coaching Questions tab.

2. Click "+ New List", give your list a name, and hit Save.

3. Select your new list and click "Add New Question" to start populating it with custom questions.

These questions can be categorized based on session themes, coaching focus areas, or coaching models to suit your methodology.

 

  Assigning Questions to Sessions

To assign questions to a specific coaching session:

1. Tick the checkboxes next to the questions you want to assign.

2. Click "Assign" to allocate them to your selected coachee(s).

 

 

  Using Questions During Live Sessions

During a live coaching session, assigned questions are available inside the Coaching Notepad:

• Simply click the “Questions” button located just above the session note text area.

• A modal window will open displaying the assigned questions for that coachee.

• Click “Copy to Notepad” to move a question directly into your session notes for use during the conversation.

 

 

   Important:

Assigned questions can only be seen during a live coaching session with your coachee.
