Create Engagement Template

 For Independant Coaches

  For Coaches within Enterprise & Coaching Firm 

 For Admin in Enterprise and Coaching firms

 

Engagement Templates (also called Program Templates) let you build structured coaching programs that can be reused across multiple coachees. You can create a template from scratch or convert an existing Coaching Package into a template.

 

 For Coaches

 

 Create a Program Template from scratch

 

1. Go to the Engagement tab in the left-hand menu of your coach portal.

2. Click the Program Template button.

3. You will be redirected to the Program Template List page.

4. On the top-right side of the panel, click + New.

5. Enter the Template Name and click Save.

6. Click + Add Items to start building your template (e.g., coaching sessions, assessments, files, or links).

7. Once you are done, you can:

   • Save & Exit → Save the template for future use.

   • Create an Engagement Using This Template → Immediately assign the template to coachee(s) and start the program.

 

 

   Create a program template by converting a Coaching Package:

 

1. Go to the Engagement tab in the left-hand menu of your coach portal.

2. Click the Program Template button.

3. You will be redirected to the Program Template List page.

4. On the top-right side of the panel, click + New.

5. Select the Coaching Package you want to convert.

6. Click Save.

   • A new template will be created automatically with items from the selected package.

7. You can add or remove items from the template if needed.

8. Once you are done, you can:

   • Save & Exit → Save the template for future use.

   • Create an Engagement Using This Template → Immediately assign the template to coachee(s) and start the program.

 

 

 

 

 Pro Tip

Templates are reusable. Updating one does not affect past or ongoing engagements, so you can continue refining your templates without disrupting existing coaching programs.

 

 For Admin

 

 Create a Program Template from scratch

2. Click the Program Template button.
3. You will be redirected to the Program Template List page.
4. On the top-right side of the panel, click + New.
5. Enter the Template Name and click Save
6. Click +Add items to start building your template

 

   Create a program template by converting a Coaching Package:

1. Go to the Engagement tab in the left-hand menu of your coach portal.
2.  click the Program Template button.
3. You will be redirected to the Program Template List page.
4. On the top-right side of the panel, click + New.
5. Choose the package you want to convert
6. Click save
   • A template will be created automatically with items from the selected package.
7. Once you are done you can:
   • Click save & Exit to save the template for future use.
   • Click create an engagement using this template to immediately assign the template to coachee(s) and start the program.

 

 Pro Tip

 When  adding a "Coaching session" to the template you can:

• Pre-set the duration of the session (30mn - 60 mn or curtom the time)
• Tick the box "Allow coachee to schedule the session" to give coachees the flexibility to schedule sessions once the program is assigned.

 Accessibility Settings

Admins can control whether coaches are allowed to create or assign engagements:

• Go to Settings > Accessibility.
• Untick the box “Allow coaches to create new engagement” to disable this functionality.

 

 Important note for Admin & Coaches

Managing Items in a Program Template:

When building or updating Program Templates, both admins and coaches can:

• Remove items by clicking the  icon.
• Duplicate items by clicking the  icon 
• Reorder items by dragging and dropping them into the desired sequence.
