Introducing the Coach Leaderboard

The Coaching Loft Leaderboard is a performance benchmarking tool designed to recognize high-performing coaches while helping all users monitor and improve their coaching practice. It enables coaches to compare their productivity and effectiveness against peers within the platform.

 

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Leaderboard:

• You must conduct at least 50 coaching sessions per month.

• You must be subscribed to a Core Membership or higher.

 

How to Join the Leaderboard

1. Go to your Coach Profile.

2. Locate the Leaderboard Panel on the right-hand side.

3. Toggle ON the “Participate in Rankings” option to start tracking your stats.

 

 

Privacy Setting:
By default, if you appear in the top 10, your name will be hidden. To make your name and profile publicly visible on the leaderboard, toggle OFF the “Hide my name” option.

 

 How the Leaderboard Score Is Calculated

Your leaderboard rank is calculated based on a composite score that includes:

 Ideal Score Formula:

• Ideal Productivity Score = (Total Sessions × 60 minutes) × 35%

• Ideal Effectiveness Score = (Total Sessions × 5) × 65%

Your Actual Score Formula:

• Productivity Score = (Your Sessions × Avg. Minutes per Session) × 35%

• Effectiveness Score = (Your Sessions × Feedback Rating) × 65%

 Final Score Formula:
(Your Productivity Score + Your Effectiveness Score) / (Ideal Score)

 

Why Use the Leaderboard?

• Stay Motivated: See how you’re performing relative to peers.

• Get Recognized: High-ranking coaches may receive special recognition.

• Improve Continuously: Identify what areas—productivity or client feedback—need more focus.

 Note: This feature is only available for paid membership levels (Except fpr Basic Membership).
