If you're unable to log in to your Coaching Loft account, you can easily reset your password.
- Go to the login page of Coaching Loft.
- Click on “Forgot your password?” located beneath the login fields.
- Enter your registered email address.
- A password reset link will be sent to your inbox.
Didn’t Receive the Reset Link?
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- If you still don't receive it, try submitting the request again after a few minutes.
- Ensure you're using the correct email address associated with your Coaching Loft account.

Important note for Enterprise Admin Accounts:
Make sure you're logging in using the Enterprise login:
- On the login page, click “Switch to Enterprise Account” if it’s not already selected.
- Using the standard login instead of the enterprise login will prevent access to your organization’s account.
