Manage Email Notifications

For Enterprise Accounts and Coaching firms
This feature is designed to give both Coaches and Enterprise Admins greater control over the platform’s automated communication. By customizing which email notifications are sent out, you can enhance relevance—ensuring coaches and coachees only receive what is relevent.
For Coaches:
To manage your email notifications:

Click your Profile Picture at the top-right corner.

Select Settings.

Navigate to Email Notifications.

Click Configure.
You will see two columns:

Left Column – Your Notifications:
Toggle ON or OFF the notifications you wish to receive from Coaching Loft (e.g., session reminders, goal updates, assessment alerts). -
Right Column – Coachee Notifications:
Toggle ON or OFF the notifications you want your coachees to receive from you (e.g., session booking confirmations, reminders, or updates).
Once your selections are made, click Save Changes.
For Enterprise Admins:
To manage notification settings across the entire organization:

Go to Settings from the Admin Panel.

Click Email Notifications.
You will see two lists:

Emails Sent to Coaches:
Toggle ON or OFF the types of notifications your coaches will receive. -
Emails Sent to Coachees:
Toggle ON or OFF the notifications coachees will receive.
Once updated, click Save Changes.
That’s it – You’re all set!
Your email preferences will now reflect your choices, helping you keep communications clear, relevant, and personalized.
