At Coaching Loft, we respect your autonomy and appreciate the trust you place in us. If you decide to permanently delete your account, we’ve made the process clear, secure, and easy to follow.
Important Notice
Please be aware that account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted:
- All your data, including coaching logs, session notes, uploaded files, and goal tracking information, will be permanently erased.
- Any active subscription plans will be immediately cancelled.
- You will no longer be able to access your account or recover any deleted information.
If you're certain about your decision, please follow the steps below.
How to Delete Your Account
For Independent Coaches
- Go to www.coachingloft.com and sign in using your registered email and password.
- Click on your profile avatar at the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Click on "Settings."
- Scroll down to the "Request Account Deletion" section within your account settings.
- Click the "Request Account Deletion" button.
- A short confirmation form will appear, complete the required fields and click "Send Deletion Request".
- For security purposes, you may be prompted to re-enter your account password.
- Once verified, your request will be processed, and your account will be permanently deleted within the next hour.

For Enterprise Accounts and Coaching firms:
If you're an Enterprise Admin and wish to delete your organization's account:
- Please send an official request from your registered admin email to [email protected]
- Our Support Team will verify your request and proceed with the account deletion.

Make sure to download or export any important data before submitting your deletion request.
