Real-Time Communication Between Coach & Coachee
The Messages feature enables seamless 1-to-1 and Group chat messaging between coaches and coachees, providing a centralized and real-time communication channel directly within the Coaching Loft platform. If the recipient is not actively using the platform at the time of the message, the system will automatically forward the message to their registered email address, ensuring timely communication is never missed.
How to Access Messages

You can access your Messages from the messages icon located at the top-right corner of your screen.
Advanced Tip:
- You can open a message thread from the Coachee List by clicking the ellipsis (
...
) next to a coachee’s name and selecting Message. - For quick access, messages can also be launched directly from your coachee list view.
- Keep an eye on the Messages icon located at the top-right corner of your screen—it will notify you of any new incoming messages in real-time.
Group Messages
Enhance collaboration by initiating Group Messages with multiple coachees undergoing similar coaching journeys. This allows coaches to share insights, send group updates, and build a sense of community.
How to Create a Group Message:

From your coach account, click the " Messages" icon at the top-right corner of your screen.
- Click "New"

Select the coachees you wish to include in the group chat.

Click “Next” to proceed.

You’ll enter the Group Chat Window where you can begin the conversation.
Optional Group Settings:

Rename the Group:
ClickOptions > Rename
to customize the group’s name for clarity. -
Add More Members:
To include additional coachees in an existing group, clickOptions > Add Members
.
Key Notes:
- Messages are synced across the web app and email, providing communication continuity.
