Managing Inquiries to your Packages

If someone had sent an inquiry from one of your coaching packages, it will go to the Package Inquiries panel found right below the Coaching Packages panel. The coach will be notified via email at the same time as the inquiry has been submitted by the visitor from the Coaching Package page.

Managing Inquiries to your Packages

It's up to the coach how will they contact the person to conduct an initial call or discovery session. The coach can send his preferred Appointment Scheduling Page to the inquirer.

Initially, the inquiry status is always set to "Pending", once the coach contacted the inquirer, the coach can set it to "Contacted" and possibly create Agreement from there by clicking the "Create Agreement" button. To know more about creating Agreements, visit our guide Legal & Finance.
