Coaching Loft includes a built-in feedback and rating system that allows coaches to gather insights from their coachees, evaluate performance, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Where to Find It
To access the feedback module:

Go to the "Feedback" tab located in the left-hand menu of your Coach Portal.
From here, you can view all feedback received, manage your settings, and customize your feedback survey preferences.
Feedback Settings
In the Feedback Settings panel (top-right of the Feedback page), you can:

Toggle Feedback Questions On or Off:
Choose which questions your coachees will see on their feedback form.
Note: The question “Rate [Coach Name] as your coach” is always visible and cannot be turned off.

Set Feedback Recurrence:
Define how frequently you want the feedback form to be sent (e.g., after every session, every 3rd session, etc.).
Based on your settings, the system will automatically send a feedback form to your coachee’s email after live coaching sessions.

Open-Ended Questions:
Two text-based questions are always included by default. These allow your coachees to leave written feedback.
Displaying Feedback on Public Profile
You can choose to show or hide feedback with testimonials on your public coach profile.
This is a valuable feature if you'd like to build credibility and social proof through coachee testimonials.
