Managing an Engagement
Updated Nov. 23, 2023 by SupportThis section explains how to manage an actual engagement by understanding how to add new program items to the engagement, how each of the program items operates, sorting the sequence or flow of the programs inside the engagements, and how to properly mark them base on their current status.
Understanding Program Items
Engagements support 4 types of program items that you can add to the engagement later on as you see fit.
- Coaching Session
This program item is where you can configure coaching session details, schedule, location, and attendees. It has a direct access to the Coaching Loft Calendar for you to input the complete details of the appointment. - Assessment
This program item is where you can assign an Assessment to a coachee to be sent later on. The Assessment will be only sent to the coachee when you click the "Send" button within the program item details. - File
This program item is where you can assign a file to your coachee to be sent later on. The File will be only sent to the coach when you click the "Send" button within the program item details. - Link
This program item is where you can paste website URLs to be sent later on. The Link will be only sent to the coach when you click the "Send" button within the program item details.
How to add new program items to the engagement
- Add a new Program Item by clicking the "+Add Item" button
- Choose which item you want to add to the program.
- Coaching Session
- Assessment
- File
- Link
- After clicking the item, the page will immediately display the newly created Program Item.
- You can adjust the order of the Program Items by dragging them vertically next to each other.
Advanced Tip: You can also duplicate program items by clicking the "Duplicate" icon at the top right side of the program item detail panel that you want to duplicate.
