Not Receiving Coaching Loft System or Notification Emails?

Coaching Loft sends out automated system emails and notifications to keep you informed about important actions and events related to your account—such as new appointment bookings and reminders, assessment submissions, invoice deliveries, system alerts, and identity verification messages.
If you're not receiving Coaching Loft emails, follow the troubleshooting steps below to ensure your inbox and email settings are configured correctly.
Step 1: Check Your Email Inbox and Spam/Junk Folder

Search your inbox for [email protected] or [email protected] to see if any emails have been delivered but filtered incorrectly.

If you find Coaching Loft emails in your spam, junk, or promotions folder, move them to your main inbox and mark them as "Not Spam" to improve future deliverability.
Step 2: Review Your Email Client’s Inbox Settings
Different email clients may apply filtering or prioritization (like Outlook's Focused Inbox) that can route messages away from your main view. Make sure:

Your inbox view is showing All Mail or All Tabs.

Coaching Loft emails are not automatically archived, marked as read, or redirected to another folder.
Step 3: Release Quarantined Emails (Outlook / Office 365 Users)
If you're using Microsoft Outlook or Office 365, Coaching Loft emails might be getting quarantined due to default security settings.

Go to the Quarantine section in your Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center.

Search for emails from Coaching Loft and release them manually.

Mark Coaching Loft as a safe sender to prevent future quarantining.

Step 4: Clear Local Filters and Rules
Sometimes custom filters or inbox rules may be diverting emails away from your inbox.

Check if you've set up any rules that automatically move, delete, or categorize emails.

Disable or update rules that may conflict with Coaching Loft's messages.
Step 5: Allowlist Coaching Loft Emails
To ensure consistent delivery of our messages, add Coaching Loft as a safe sender in your email client or domain settings.

For corporate or custom domains, ask your IT administrator to allowlist Coaching Loft emails and domains.

For individual email providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.), follow their help documentation to allowlist specific senders or domains.
Please note:

You don’t need to manually add every email address. Once allowlisting is set up for the domain, all Coaching Loft automated messages will be delivered more reliably.
