The Customize Email Messages feature allows Enterprise account users and Independent Coaches with a Master membership to personalize the email templates sent by the Coaching Loft platform. This enables greater alignment with your tone of voice, brand, and communication preferences.

Customizing your email messages

Updating Your Templates

You can update the default email content for various system notifications and alerts by following these steps:

For Coaches:

Log in to your Coaching Loft account.
Click on your profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, click Settings.
Search for "Customize Email Messages" and click "Configure".

For Enterprise Admin:

Go to Settings
Click on "Customize Email Messages"

To update a template:

Select the template you wish to customize.
Edit the Subject and Email Body to reflect your desired message.
Use the provided Dynamic Tags exactly as shown – these will be replaced with real-time data in the live emails.
Click "Save Template".

Once saved, your customized message will replace the default version for all relevant system emails.

You may reset to the default template at any time by clicking the "Reset to Default" button.

Dynamic Tags

Dynamic Tags are placeholders that automatically insert relevant data (e.g., names, session dates, links) into the emails that are actually sent out. They allow you to:

Personalize email messages at scale
Insert system-generated data points effortlessly
Ensure consistency and accuracy in communication

Each email template has its own set of Dynamic Tags, displayed on the right-hand side of the template form for your reference.

Important Note:

This feature is available for:

Independent Coaches with an active Master membership
Users on an Enterprise account

If you are an independent coach and wish to use this feature, consider upgrading to "Master" to unlock advanced customization capabilities.
