In addition to email notifications, Coaching Loft gives you the option to receive real-time browser notifications—helping you stay updated on coaching sessions, messages, and tasks without needing to check your email.

Supported Browsers:

Coaching Loft supports push notifications on the latest versions of:

Google Chrome (v32+)g
Mozilla Firefox (v22+)
Safari (v6+)
Microsoft Edge
Opera

Please note:

Browser notifications are device- and browser-specific. If you log in from a new device or browser, you’ll need to re-enable notifications.

How to Enable Browser Notifications

Step 1: Access Notification Settings

Log into your Coaching Loft account.
Click on your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
Select “Settings” from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down to the Browser Notifications section and click “Configure.”

Step 2: Turn On Notifications

Toggle the switch to ON.

A browser pop-up will appear—click “Allow” to enable notifications for Coaching Loft.

Not Receiving Browser Notifications?

If your browser supports push notifications but you’re not receiving them, follow the steps below to ensure notifications are enabled:

Google Chrome

Click the lock icon in the address bar.
Under Notifications, select Allow.
If you don’t see this option, click Site Settings, scroll to Notifications, and set it to Allow.

Mozilla Firefox

Click the lock icon in the address bar.
Click the arrow > next to the connection status.
Click More Information → go to the Permissions tab.
Under Send Notifications, uncheck Use Default and select Allow.

Safari

With Safari open, go to Safari > Preferences from the menu bar.
Click the Websites tab (or Notifications tab in older versions).
Select Notifications from the sidebar.
Make sure www.coachingloft.com is set to Allow.
Also ensure “Allow websites to ask for permission…” is checked.

Microsoft Edge

Click the lock icon in the address bar.
Under Notifications, select Allow.
If not visible, go to Site Permissions, then set Notifications to Allow.

Unsupported Browsers

Coaching Loft does not support push notifications on:
