The Notification Center is your central hub for real-time updates and alerts related to your coaching activities. Whether you're a coach managing multiple clients or a coachee keeping track of your journey, the Notification Center ensures you're always in the loop.
You can access the Notification Center from the bell icon at the top right corner of your dashboard. New notifications are highlighted for easy identification.
Types of Notifications You Might Receive
Notifications are triggered by various activities across the Coaching Loft platform. These include:
For Coaches:
- New Coachee Invitations Sent / Activated
- New Appointment Booked
- Appointment Rescheduled / Canceled / No Show
- Upcoming Session Reminders
- Completed Session Summary
- New Assessment Assigned or Completed
- New Action or Goal Set by Coachee
- Completed Goal, Milestone, or Action
- Feedback Received from Coachee
- New Message from Coachee (Chat or Group Chat)
- File Shared by Coachee
For Coachees:
- Coaching Session Booked / Rescheduled / Cancelled
- Appointment Reminder
- New Assessment Assigned
- Goal or Action Assigned by Coach
- Feedback Form Reminder
- Files Shared by Coach
- New Message from Coach (Chat or Group Chat)
Note:
All platform notifications shown in the Notification Center are also sent via email to ensure you receive important updates even when not actively logged into the platform.

Viewing Notifications
- Click on the bell icon on the top navigation bar.
- Unread notifications are marked clearly.
- Click on any notification to view the relevant page or update.
- Notifications are stored chronologically and can be revisited later.
