I am a coach.  Partly because of my DNA and partly because of the amazing coaches I have had in my life, I have gravitated towards the call of helping others do things they didn't even know they could do.  From my days of High School Social Studies and English teaching and coaching everything they'd let me coach:  Football, Basketball, Baseball, Tennis, Bodybuilding, Golf, Soccer.  

It was natural then, after years of Technical Corporate recruiting, that Career Coaching would be next.  The same principles apply - a dedication to fundamentals, mastering the little things and iterating on them.  Correcting wrong thinking and attitudes.  Celebrating milestones and successes.  Connecting with others who have blazed the trail ahead of you.  Learning from the greats, who left their legacy in books and videos for us to excel.

Team-building and excellence don't come naturally.  They come from repetition of doing the right things at the right times for the right reasons.  And it takes a coach to understand what those are.
