I have spent my professional life pursuing the source of performance and excellence in order to pass it on to those around me, whether it is in the field of leadership, business, personal and group interactions or within a single-seat cockpit of a world leading fighter aircraft.

At its core I have found 2 crucial elements:

  • The importance of connections with others
