Maybe somedays you wish not to and feel like just being with what is, and that is also welcome and part of the beautiful journey you are on..

Life events are inevitable within all forms they come in and through. Pain is a nonavoidable result of the uncontrollable tragedies of the external forces while suffering is a choice, i promise you that! 

Many years ago and through my own journey, the life turbulences and the tragedies that kocked on my door, it was difficult for me to see the gifts and the light for most of the parts I could remember. Until I discovered body-oriented coaching! With the support of my coach, whom I truley admire so much, I was able to understnad so many parts of myself and my past, to reconnect with my body and feel safe in my skin after having losing my sense of identity. I learned how transform and create from opportunities around me and use my hidden powers to bring my strengths back and found contentment in leading a conscious life with freedom and ease. 

I knew then that my purpose is to be here, to hold space for you and hold your hand as you shed the layers that no longer serves your growth.
