I love Life, People, to share and always learn. 

Waking up each morning and breathing, is an opportunity given to us, that I never forget.

What we choose to do next depends on us first, and only after on others. 

It is creating that power of choice that fascinates me and mind bridges to help others to create theirs too. 

We can stop to find excuses and choose to shit from ‘Why’ to ‘How’. 

We can stop fear failure and choose to shift from ‘If I could…’ to ‘I can.’

We can choose to be authentic leaders and (we don’t need a title for that) and choose to shift from ‘I’ to ‘We’. 

The relationships we build throughout our journey are a fundamental pillar that allows us to grow personally and professionally. We shouldn’t underestimate the relationship with ourselves, and not only with others. 

After 20 years of work in Consulting and Oil & Gas Industries, in different countries in Europe and Africa, I decided to follow a passion and learn more about how our brain muscle works as can be limiting and exponentiating, led me to embrace a new career path. 

I am a coach and mentor, your listener and thinking partner, to bring simplicity and clarity to my clients thought process. Empowering them to lead their own choices for what's next, allowing to build bridges between unlikely connections.

I held sessions on-line, in English or Portuguese.
