After completing a Christian Mental Health coaching course through Light University for ministry and community service purposes, I knew there was more so I went on to complete my Christian Life Coaching certificatification, also through Light University.
In addition to my training, my own life experiences help me to relate and empathize with women who feel stuck in their personal circumstances, stuggle with relationships, and feel they have a shallow faith.
Kelly owns and operates Charis Dwelling, Life & Mental Health Coaching in the Florida Panhandle.
What is Charis Dwelling?
In the Greek and Hebrew, the biblical term Charis (χάρις) refers to good will, loving-kindness, favour, in particular to God's merciful grace. It is used over 140 times in the New Testament.
Dwelling- a place one lives.
The idea of dwelling in God's grace brings us peace, contentment, and growth!

I'm Kelly. Woman, wife, mother, and struggling sister in Christ. Struggling is an active, everyday, part of life. If you're growing, that is.
Consider the butterfly. It's beginning is as a lowly caterpillar, shrinking away to avoid the it's natural predators and the bottom of a shoe!

Why coach with Kelly Keefe?
I want to help you reach a place of knowing yourself through the eyes of God. Often, our identity is lost in our titles and job descriptions. Finding you, as your fearfully and wonderfully made self, and re-connecting or deepening your connection to God is vital to becoming whole.
As a coach, I want to help you identify your strengths and struggles, set and achieve goals, and deepen your walk with God by learning truths that will, not only, set you free, but increase your dependence on Him and His great love for you.
