I am an Executive Coach, Registered Coach Mentor and Educator.

I hold an ICF PCC credential, am an EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner, am a Certified 6 Seconds Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Assessor, and Advanced Facilitator, and am also a CBT and REBT Practitioner.

I am originally from Lebanon. I have spent over 16 years living and working in China. With over two decades of experience as an executive in the trading and manufacturing industries, I have worked extensively with individuals and corporations, helping them navigate business challenges, intercultural communication, and high-pressure situations in complex environments. Leveraging my extensive toolkit of coaching models and behavioural psychology, I support clients in gaining clarity and taking effective action. My philosophy is to ensure that my clients obtain clarity and "get stuff done."

As an expat in China, I also have first-hand experience in developing resilience in a cross-cultural environment and managing complex personal and business relationships, which allows me to relate and empathise with clients who face similar challenges.

I have coached executives, directors, and managers from top multinational organisations on effective communication, executive presence, career transitions, stress management, work-life balance, cross-cultural communication, and coaching skills. I have extensive cross-cultural coaching experience, with clients from over 20 nationalities, and have coached across diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, IT, logistics, banking, F&B, and FMCG.

John is a 40-year-old man who was born and raised in a diverse and intercultural environment.

Originally from Lebanon, now residing in Hong Kong, I have lived and worked in six different countries and speak four languages.

A cat person enjoys listening to audiobooks, exercising, and swimming as hobbies.
