Heidi-Mai Warren

Currently living in Dubai, and with the benefit of modern technology, I offer personalised leadership development, career transition, and life coaching programmes to high-flying, mid-career professionals residing in the Middle East, UK, USA and further afield: FTSE 100 C.E.Os, government officials, bankers, lawyers, pilots, medics, entrepreneurs, artists and athletes, is to name just a few.

My passion and skill lies in supporting clients to realise their potential and make courageous and transformative changes within their careers and personal lives. I offer both personalised Professional Development and Leadership Coaching, as well as a more focused Career Transition Coaching Programme. I have also co-created and delivered Executive, Team and Leadership Development Coaching Programmes to Corporate Organisations.

My coaching practice is informed by my own experience of working in organisations across the commercial, academic, health and charity sectors. I have lived in different countries, coped with redundancy, burnout and my career has changed multiple times. I have adapted from being a career woman to a mother of two, juggling family life, my coaching business, as well as captaining an internationally competitive team.

As a coach I am passionate, perceptive and I like to create a safe, yet fun and motivating environment for clients to achieve what they never dared to think possible. I take clients on a journey of self-awareness, knowing that they have the answers and resources within to tackle any challenge but just need a little support to believe that!

As an ICF Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, (PCC, CPCC) I hold the Full Circle Certificate in Executive Coaching, I am a practitioner of The Leadership Profile^TM and a Firework Licensed Career Transition Coach. I also have an MSc in Exercise and Sport Psychology and a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science.
