'Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks...' Through warmth, attunement, unconditional positive regard, and empathic listening, I provide clinical services through an integrative approach of psychotherapy and pastoral counseling, I assist individuals, couples, and families in the development of the cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual skills needed to navigate life's oftentimes challenging and complex terrain. My personal philosophy suggests that the therapeutic setting is a sacred space for deep listening, sharing, questioning, and growing through all of life's circumstances--including both peaks and valleys.

 

My therapeutic interventions are coupled with understanding, humor, positivity, and mindfulness in efforts to provide the highest level of care, which ultimately translates to an enhanced quality of life.
