Authenticity coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process where trained coaches journey with coachees as they cut through the noise of life and dial into their true feelings, beliefs, and desires. Coaches help coachees identify goals and confront challenges, setbacks, and limiting beliefs that might slow them down on their journey.

As humans, and especially LGBTQIA+ individuals, we are told so many things that we must be. We are told how to act, what to wear and not wear, and how to move through life. However, each person knows what is best for themselves. The fundamental belief of coaching is that coachees are creative, resourceful, and whole. It is this discovery and exploration of self-determinism that makes coaching a powerful catalyst for real change and empowerment in people's lives.
