Deniz Bashoglu

I'm Deniz; an organizational psychologist, a coach, and an HR professional. I am from Cyprus, and after living in Turkey, Canada and The Netherlands I moved to Berlin and dove right into the start-up world. With a MSc degree in Work & Organizational Psychology, I specialized in Organizational Development, with a focus on Leadership, Performance and Learning & Development. My experience is based on international, fast-paced start-up companies at rapid growth stages, and I continue to work as a Senior HR Business Partner at Vinted.

I offer strategic partnerships to entrepreneurs, executives, and future leaders in their journeys, and help businesses move from where they are, to where they could be by realizing their potential. As an Organizational Psychologist, I believe in evidence-based management and have a similar approach in my coaching and consulting practices. In doing so, I adhere to the highest ethical standards set by ICF.
