Coaching Package - Groundwork, Goals and Getting Going!

After an initial free consultation or assessment/activation session, set up a four-month coaching relationship. We will explore your goals, personality strengths, and identify your goals and get them into gear. I will help you establish your own next-steps into the future you imagined. The first session is approximately two hours, and follow up monthly sessions are one hour or more as needed, with unlimited chat, messaging, and check-ins in between with supportive materials provided.
