6 Month 1-2-1 Coaching

This Package is the most intimate, We will work together in achieving your goals. You may have 1 month goals, 3 months and 6 month goals. I will help guide and support you in all areas of life that we can together to get to where your aim to be! We focus on 12 areas, The circle of life. Nutrition OFF Your plate - Home Environment, Relationships, Creativity, Spirituality, Finances, Social Life, Joy, Exercise, Career, Education and Home Cooking. And of course, Nutrition ON your plate. We will meet up bi weekly for a one to one 50 minute session over a period of 6 months. after each session i will give you 1-3 recommendations for you to choose which you will be able to or want to implement in your life. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
