I am committed to helping others through Life Counseling based on my 12 step experience in AA. I have been sober 36 years and worked 8 years as a group facilitator at a full service alcohol and drug rehab. I am an adult child of an alcoholic and can be helpful for those who have suffered this situation.

I am happy to talk with anyone who is seeking a way forward for their life. The principles of 12 step recovery are helpful for all human beings, not just alcoholics and drug addicts,
