So my coaching helps with the big-picture life & career vision, and practical skills like time management, public speaking, networking, collaboration, sales, pitching, proposals, and other essential communication tools for success.

I also coach business owners, directors and VPs, and other leaders, to help them inspire teams and build something greater than themselves.

And whatever else they work on, I help my clients work on themselves: their personality, mindset, beliefs and values, motivation, confidence and courage. Because YOU are your greatest asset (and sometimes your biggest challenge).
